The clinic is inside Sabel Chemist. Anna routinely arranges antibiotics for patients through the prescribing pharmacist there, rather than sending you to a GP first. Whether antibiotics are appropriate is always the pharmacist's clinical decision, but in practice it means most patients deal with the whole problem in one visit instead of three separate appointments.

£286 covers the consultation and assessment, the procedure, local anaesthetic, every sterile material and dressing, and two follow-up appointments. A five-minute walk from the station. The Northern line runs the length of the city, so most of north, central and south London is a single direct journey with no changes.

An infected ingrown toenail is the most common reason people book an emergency appointment, and it is usually treatable in a single visit. If the redness is spreading up your foot, you have a temperature or feel unwell in yourself, that needs a doctor rather than a podiatrist — call 111 or go to A&E first, and Anna can deal with the nail once the infection is under control.
Do you do home visits anywhere in London?
No. Nail surgery under local anaesthetic cannot be carried out on a home visit — it requires a clinical environment with another registered health professional on the premises, which is one reason the clinic is based inside a pharmacy. All surgery takes place at the Hendon clinic.
