Standard surgery costs £286 all-inclusive — this covers your consultation, the procedure, all sterile materials, and two follow-up appointments at 48–72 hours and 2 weeks after surgery. There are no hidden fees. Emergency surgery for severe pain or infection is available within 24 hours for £500.

The procedure is performed under local anaesthetic, so you should not feel pain during surgery. The anaesthetic injection itself causes a brief sharp sting lasting a few seconds. Most patients describe the experience as much less painful than they expected.
East Finchley is closest — about 10 minutes by car via Holders Hill Road. Finchley Central is a quick tube ride (Northern line to Hendon Central, 2 stops). Even North Finchley is only 12-15 minutes by car.
