Anna specialises in ingrown toenail surgery using the phenol matrixectomy technique — a single 60-minute procedure that permanently removes the problematic nail edge. Anna offers both Partial Nail Avulsion (removing just the ingrown edge) and Total Nail Avulsion (removing the full nail) — the right choice depends on the extent of the ingrowth, and sometimes a hybrid approach works best. Standard surgery costs £286 all-inclusive: consultation, procedure, materials, and two follow-up appointments. Emergency surgery within 24 hours is available for £500.

Anna also provides routine chiropody (£40), fungal nail treatment, verruca care, and diabetic foot assessments. The ground-floor clinic at Sabel Chemist has step-free access. Routine appointments Mon–Thu 9am–3pm, with Sunday and evening slots by arrangement for emergency nail surgery only.
