Book by 1pm the same day and you are seen that afternoon. - Friday: 09:00. Book by 8pm on Thursday. - Sunday: 13:00. Book by 10am the same day. - Saturday: no emergency slots. This means the wait for emergency nail surgery is usually a few hours, not days. Emergency surgery is £500, all-inclusive. The procedure, aftercare and two follow-up appointments are identical to the £286 standard appointment; the higher fee reflects appointments opened outside clinic hours. Standard appointments are booked 1 to 2 weeks ahead because nail surgery takes a full hour and needs two consecutive slots. Anna routinely responds to messages outside clinic hours, including evenings and weekends. Each additional toe treated in the same appointment is half price. Both edges of the same toenail count as one toe at no extra charge. - Antibiotics: Anna routinely arranges antibiotics for patients through the prescribing pharmacist at Sabel Chemist, where the clinic is based. This is normal practice at every appointment, standard or emergency, so patients do not need a separate GP appointment first. - Routine podiatry / chiropody: £40 - Diabetic foot care: £40 - Fungal nail treatment: £40 - Verruca treatment: £40 (freezing), £60 (Verrutop), £120 (needling) - Children's podiatry: £40 (all ages, no minimum) - Ingrown toenail photo assessment: FREE for qualifying postcodes, £10 for others (waived if booking surgery) ## Ingrown Toenail Photo Assessment Service Ingrown toenail photo assessment service from HCPC-registered, BUPA-verified podiatrist Anna Green.
